This page defines the Terms of Use ("Terms") under which you may use www.brokeragejobs.com, a service provided by The Weller Organization doing business as Brokerage Jobs ("Brokerage Jobs"). If you do not accept these Terms or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use Brokerage Jobs. By using Brokerage Jobs, you agree to follow its Terms as detailed in this document.

  1. Agreement Definitions - The following definitions apply to this Agreement:
    1. Website or Site - refers to www.brokeragejobs.com and any and all resources provided by Brokerage Jobs as well as any and all Content that make up the site.
    2. Content - refers to the Site's text, graphics, design and programming.
    3. User - refers to any individual or entity that uses the services provided by Brokerage Jobs.
    4. Job Seeker - Users who access the Site for the purpose of finding a job or any other activity.
    5. Employer - Users who access the Site for the purpose of posting and maintaining job listings, as well as seeking candidates.
  2. Acceptable Use
    1. General Use
      1. The services provided through Brokerage Jobs are intended for job seekers seeking positions and employers seeking candidates. This site may be used only for lawful purposes and within the stated context of the Terms defined by this document. Brokerage Jobs is the sole interpreter of the Site's intended use.
      2. All job details/descriptions posted on Brokerage Jobs are prohibited from being re-posted on other sites without express written consent. Please contact feedback@brokeragejobs.com if you are interested in having our positions displayed on your site.
    2. Use for Job Seekers
      1. i. Brokerage Jobs hereby allows you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site for internal business in seeking positions for employment. The services provided through Brokerage Jobs may not be sold, transferred or assigned to any third party. Furthermore, Brokerage Jobs expressly prohibits staffing/recruiting firms or any other third party recruiting agency from posting jobs. Brokerage Jobs reserves the ability to terminate your account for any reason and at any time as it sees fit.
    3. Use for Employers
      1. Brokerage Jobs hereby allows you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site for internal business in seeking candidates for employment. You are solely responsible for any content you post to the Site and any consequences that arise from your posting. The services provided through Brokerage Jobs may not be sold, transferred or assigned to any third party. Furthermore, Brokerage Jobs expressly prohibits staffing/recruiting firms or any other third party recruiting agency from posting jobs. Brokerage Jobs reserves the ability to terminate your account for any reason and at any time as it sees fit.
  3. Amendments to Terms
    1. Brokerage Jobs may alter this Agreement at any time and as it sees fit. Changes to the Agreement will be binding on the date they are posted to the Site. Usage of the Site will be seen as acceptance of the revised Terms.
  4. User Information/Privacy
    1. The Privacy Policy posted at Brokerage Jobs is incorporated into this Agreement. Brokerage Jobs reserves the right to comply with legal requirements, requests from law enforcement or requests from government entities though such compliance may require disclosure of user information.
  5. Questions/Notices/Feedback
    1. Questions, notices and feedback regarding the Site can be delivered to feedback@brokeragejobs.com.
  6. Rules Regarding Posting, Conduct and Security
    1. Posting
      1. Employers may not post copyrighted material, unless they are the copyright owner or have the owner's permission to post the copyrighted material.
      2. Employers may not post trade secrets, unless they own them or have the owner's permission to post them.
      3. Employers many not impersonate another person, living or dead, or post false, inaccurate or misleading information.
      4. Employers may not use their job posting privileges to post items unrelated to their open positions.
      5. Employers may not post chain letters.
    2. Conduct
      1. Employers are responsible for protecting their login credentials. If others use your login credentials to access the site you risk losing use of the Site.
      2. Report inappropriate conduct or postings via feedback@brokeragejobs.com.
      3. Users may not edit material posted by others.
      4. Brokerage Jobs is under no obligation to monitor the conduct of its Users, but it may investigate and respond accordingly when violations are reported.
    3. Security
      1. Users are prohibited from compromising the site's security. This includes accessing data not intended for Users or accessing areas of the Site without appropriate login credentials.
      2. Users may not test or scan the Site for vulnerabilities.
      3. Users may not attempt to submit viruses to the Site or commit to overloading, "flooding," "mailbombing," or "crashing."
      4. Users may not send unsolicited e-mail to other users or to the Site's administrators.
      5. Users may not forge TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail.
      6. Breaching the security rules outlined in this document could result in civil or criminal liability. Brokerage Jobs will use the full weight of the law to investigate and prosecute those who willingly disrupt the Site's stability and performance.
