Job Description

&#183 Strong technical HR skills &#8211 solid understanding of all the basics; policy development & implementation, compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment law, union avoidance, training, development, compliance, etc. &#183 Strong strategic HR skills &#8211 understands the business and can help identify and develop the talent that will help the business meet its strategic goals. (organizational development, workforce planning, talent management) &#183 Understanding of lean manufacturing; ability to help the organization through change &#183 Some international HR experience or exposure &#183 The ability to work at all levels (supporting the operator level up through President) &#183 Good communication, analytical, decision making, influencing, innovative problem solving skills &#183 Willingness to take risks but not be reckless &#183 The SR. HR manager role will play a bigger role in HR process improvements and will work closer with Maureen on the higher level Strategic initiatives as well as involvement in international support.


Qualifications
Mandatory minimum qualifications - &#8226Bachelor&#8217s degree or academic equivalent required, Master&#8217s degree preferred; AND &#8226Minimum of ten (10) years experience required in Human Resources Management to include talent management, workforce planning, policy development, employment, compensation, employee relations, and training/development. Management experience.
