Job Description

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
The Senior Wealth Manager works under the immediate direction of the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for working with new and existing clients to identify investment objectives as well as match their profiles to available products and services. Responsible for cultivating leads and strengthening the relationship between the company and clients through quality service. Contributes to firm’s achievement of sales objectives, assisting clients identify financial needs and goals, provides appropriate financial planning for a fee, and offers a wide array of financial products and services to implement plans. Advises clients on financial plans utilizing knowledge of tax and investment strategies, securities, insurance, pension plans, and real estate. Duties include assessing client assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives to establish investment strategies. Including the following: examine, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for or conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance of licenses and permits, and other compliance and enforcement inspection activities not classified elsewhere. Performs limited administrative activities. May deliver investment seminars on foundation products or services within established guidelines.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Works with new and existing clients to identify investment objectives and matches their profiles to available products and services.
• Delivers professional investment services to customers. Reviews and recommends investment and insurance options to customers.
• Researches and solves customer’s investment needs through asset allocation and diversification models.
• Responsible for cultivating leads and strengthening the relationship between the company and clients through quality service.
• Contributes to firm’s achievement of sales objectives.
• May deliver seminars on services within established guidelines.
• Prepares financial forecasts and plan, addressing issues relating but not limited to taxation, retirement, estate and asset allocation.
• Responsible for training and mentoring junior advisors.
• Support the delivery of seminars on services in conjunction with sales manager and/or marketing manager.
• Marketing/lead acquisition through personal efforts and those of the team members.
• Calling, scheduling Financial Needs Assessments and lead conversion through personal efforts and those of the team members.
• Financial Needs Assessment execution through personal efforts and those of the team members.
• Data Gathering participation of personal efforts and those of team members.
• Case Class presentation of personal efforts and those of the team members.
• Strategy & Implementation coverage and execution through personal efforts and those of the team members.
• Oversee follow-up of business submitted for processing through operations of personal efforts and those of the team members.
• Coordinating and driving the plan implementation through personal efforts and those of the team members.
• Coordinating and driving production through service meetings through personal efforts and those of the team members.
• Corresponding and reporting to sales management on the teams’ progress and achievement.
• Participating and offering assistance to sales management in delivering training and joint work coverage as needed.
