Rockwood Search Associates is looking for talented business professionals in the area of project management and consulting. As a Consultant with Rockwood Search you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make positive impact on their ability to do business.

Professional Qualifications:


-Extensive experience with both custom and vendor packaged systems utilized in the Financial services industry.

-Experience as a Program Manager, Functional Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Lead, Process Consultant with deep understanding of business processes within a retail, commercial or investment banking environment.

-Experience with multiple large full-scale, full life cycle implementations.
Must have prior experience on project team for implementation, customization, or enhancements.

-Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows , gap analysis and developing specifications for the programmers required.

-Big 4 experience a plus.

-BS/BA degree or commensurate experience.

-7+ years relevant industry or consulting experience.

-Client service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

-Flexible, adaptable and hands-on approach.
