Job Description

This position deals with Wholesale Dreyfus funds, annuities and qualified plans. This position exists to increase assets in Dreyfus Funds by soliciting Banks, Brokers/Dealers, Financial Planners as well as the Dreyfus retail phone center and DFC's in order to promote these funds to their clients and prospects.

Strongly prefer candidates who reside in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area and have financial wirehouse relationship experience.

College degree preferred. 5 years wholesale or financial services sales required. FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required. Must obtain Series 7 license within 90 days of hire. Excellent telemarketing and communication skills and the ability to organize and manage large and diverse selling territories. Strong knowledge of variable annuities, mutual funds, insurance and securities markets in general is essential. Extensive travel required.
