Job Description

Summary:
The Service Advisors has responsibility for managing existing client
relationships, either working with a more experienced advisor or on their own.
The position may be responsible for formulating and implementing advice but
may also rely on technical specialists to develop recommendations within an
individual specialist's area of expertise.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing technical support to the wealth managers
such as data gathering, modeling, case design, scenario building, plan
development, presentation development, preparing and processing paperwork.
Serve as liaison between wealth manager and client as needed.
Create planning updates, portfolio changes and reviews, returns and new
opportunity identification.
Perform client relationship management, including ongoing and regular client
contact and communications both verbally and in writing.
Manage client information including the preparation of client reports and
updating the CRM database.
Attend client meetings in a technical, supporting and learning role;
eventually serving as the primary advisor for specified client relationships.
Act as a liaison to the public by participating in local organizations such as
Rotary, the local Chamber of Commerce, etc.
Support investment team as needed including buying and selling securities as
needed and performing trade corrections.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
1-3 years experience in investment management and/or financial advisory
services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage plans and manage
client relationships is required.
A Series 7 is necessary.
A series 65, series 66, CFP or Washington State Insurance License – Life and
Disability lines would be preferred but not necessary.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Junxure CRM and/or
securities balancing software would be ideal.
Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Must be a self-starter and take initiative.
Must be a team player with the abilty to work with others.
Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment is
necessary.
