Midwest-based boutique brokerage firm is looking for a producing Branch Manager. Responsibilities
include recruiting and developing branch sales professionals, increasing branch production, improving
processes and enhancing client experience. Also responsible for the motivation, retention, training and
support of sales staff to ensure performance objectives are met. Bachelor's degree required. Series 7,
24
required. Series 53 and 65/66 desired. Opportunity requires proven experience managing people in a
similar financial services sales environment.
