Job Description

- Provide corporate banking coverage for identified clients, including identification of cross sell opportunities in both equity and debt capital markets
- Structure acquisition loans, bridge loans and corporate revolvers for identified clients
- Preparation of credit submissions and other documentation related to the transaction approval process (including assistance related to loans syndications, pipeline management, single name strategies and Exceptions Committee papers) through closing and ongoing monitoring
- Structure, deliver (pitch through to deal close) and monitor syndicated and bi-lateral loan transactions
- Ensure timely updates on client, industry and market performance, particularly in connection with any signs of potential deterioration or developments requiring amendments/waivers to existing loan documentation
- Work with Associates in development of pitch books and related client materials.

Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative fields
- MBA, MA, MS, CFA or equivalent with emphasis in finance/accounting preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience within Corporate Lending / Banking of which a minimum of 2 years experience within the Healthcare sector
- Solid understanding of capital markets and spreadsheet modeling
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accounting
- Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
- Proficiency with personal computers and standard productivity applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all level in organization
- Ability to take leadership of project and work independently balanced with strong team skills
- Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
- Superior writing and presentation skills
- Financial modeling abilities
