Job Description

Serve as a product expert on securitization assets (overseeing monitoring of
portfolio of said assets), mentoring/managing work flow for a team of
analysts/associates in accordance with departmental goals/objectives
Identify risks and calculate capital associated with a portfolio of
structured/securitization assets
Collaborate with team members to generate ideas/identify solutions/effectively
analyze risk of a portfolio consisting of securitization assets
Prepare concise credit analysis/correspondence for use in managing
securitization assets
Monitor industry/regulatory agencies for changes which affect the performance
of the portfolio
Manage client solution opportunities within sector portfolios
Provide deal structure expertise
Maintain awareness of firm products/services and facilitate receipt of
continuous updates
Conduct analysis of allocated capital/credit risk
Review and continually monitor performance of existing accounts; oversee
documentation and ongoing monitoring of asset performance
Conduct analysis/comprehensive review of industry trends/related regulations
Create financial models for use in analyzing securitization assets; generate
updated financial models/analyses as needed
Provide ongoing mentoring/coaching/career development of Analysts/Associates

Undergraduate degree required (concentration in finance/economics/accounting
CPA or MBA (or equivalent experience in finance/accounting/business law)
6-10 years of relevant experience in negotiating/structuring financial
transactions required
6+ years financial services industry experience developing business in a
corporate lending environment required
Structured finance and securitization expertise, along with formal credit
training and prior lending authority required
Relevant Business Services Sector experience is highly desired
Exceptional analytical skills and credit analysis experience/understanding
Good knowledge of organizational lending/portfolio management policies and
objectives required
Highly developed written/oral communication skills including the ability to
write clear/concise/cogent credit correspondence required
Expertise in financial computer applications/database management tools
including MS Excel required
Strong proficiency in other Microsoft Office products and the Internet
Strong interpersonal skills used within a team environment
Excellent capability to independently and proactively analyze multiple
securitization assets and effectively manage multiple priorities
Proven abilities in managerial and leadership skills required
