Responsibilities:
Securities operations cash flow analysis,
Report on broker dealer financing and clearing operation KPI's through daily business summary,
Create operating efficiencies within the broker dealer balance sheet to maximixe financing,
Assist in 15c3-3 analysis on customer protection rule,
Assist in 15c3-1 analysis and stress testing scenarios,
Lead effort to improve existing securities reporting methods and protocols,
Present reporting to upper management, including CFO and CEO of the Company,
Additional reporting responsibilities include trend reporting, as well as forecasting future cash needs of the business.
Interact with resources in the accounting, operations, compliance and trading departments on a daily basis.

Requirements:
Self Clearing Brokerage Operations experience is a must, with at least 6-8 years in the securities industry,
Technical knowledge across diverse security types including; equities, municipals, corporate, and asset backed securities,
Previous financial management experience, including regulatory and compliance preferred,
Strong communication skills required
Experience with Thompson Beta system preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
CPA and or Series 27 preferred
