Job Description

Role Description:

The ideal candidate is responsible for providing support to our wealth management team in the delivery of advice to clients. A CSM prepares financial advice documents and investment analysis under the guidance of senior level advisers. This role does not have actual accountability for the advice that is delivered.

Additionally, the team member will organize client meetings, collect client data, responding to administrative client inquiries, prepare marketing letters and account reporting. This role include requires:

- New client set-up | maintenance, setting appointments & client service
- Data gathering, modeling and integration of financial planning information
- Asset transfers, check processing & performance reporting
- General updates to marketing materials (letters, pitchbook, etc)
- Social Media awareness - website maintenance, LinkedIn & Facebook

The Candidate:

- Bachelors’ degree. A CFP designation is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and an ability other software programs is preferred
- Ability to garner the respect / trust of a sophisticated client base
- Unquestionable character, honesty and integrity
- An impeccable track record of client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication skills; writing, speaking, and presentations
