We have a very efficient Processing model that is extremely unique. If you are tired of the “same old thing” as a Loan Processor, then you have found the right job! You get the great parts of having individual responsibility for your primary role, but also working as a team member, you will be pitching in to help the other roles from time to time as a valued member of our Loan Closing Team (LCT). As a part of our loan closing team, you will be working 150+ loan files per month, and funding a minimum of 75-100 loan files per month as a team. Your experience and proven ability to move loans QUICKLY from submission to funding is the key to your success in our fun, team-oriented environment. We have unique roles in the Team to ensure that you primarily work within your most preferred skill set. Requirements:
 A “Can-Do, Team Player” attitude is our #1 requirement
 Extensive experience with Government (FHA and VA), and Conforming paper, DO/DU, and LP is required
 Attention to detail, especially with issues of compliance with FHA and HUD regulations
 Encompass LOS experience is required
 2-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor working directly with loan officers, management and clients is required
 History of processing consistently high loan volume is required
